Here you can find information about what personal data IMG_PLAY collects about you, why we collect the information and where the information is stored. You can also find contact info, as well as information about your rights.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING THE INFORMATION
On our website, we use Google Analytics to get info about visitors and what they do on the website. We use the information to improve the user experience on our website. We can’t see who you are, but we can see which IP addresses are visiting the site.

If you are a customer of IMG_PLAY
If you are a customer of IMG_PLAY, we will record the information about your business that is necessary to communicate with you and send invoices and make financial statements. That is, names, email addresses, CVR number, address and phone number.
When we build customer solutions, we have access to the data that our customers choose to put into the solutions. In this way, we become a data processor for the customer, who thus becomes the data controller. This relationship is governed by our general terms and conditions, as well as any independent data processing agreement.
If you are an employee of IMG_PLAY
If you are an employee of IMG_PLAY, we will record the information necessary for us to make an employment contract with you, contact you and pay you wages. I.e. name, address, social security number, account number, email address and phone number. We also have pictures of you, as well as your cv. We use this when we offer assignments and make presentations, as well as for marketing IMG_PLAY and the team behind it.
If you apply for a job with IMG_PLAY
If you apply for a job at IMG_PLAY, we will keep your application with the information you have included in the application until we have found a candidate for the job. If you would like us to keep the application so that you can apply for future jobs, then you must in an email give us permission to keep the application.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can gain insight into what information we process about you, where it comes from, how long we store it and what we use it for. You may also be informed who receives data about you, what types of information can be disclosed with your consent, for what purpose the disclosure may occur, and who may receive the information based on your consent. However, access may be restricted by law and the privacy of other persons, and IMG_PLAY know-how, trade secrets, internal assessments and material may be exempt from the right of access.

If errors are found in the information, you have the right to have it corrected.
